Meet Master David Paul:  For over 33 years, I’ve had the privilege of studying Tai Chi Gung with Master Lama Rasaji. I’ve been teaching group classes and private students for more than 21 years. I came to Tai Chi Gung looking for a way to handle the stress of playing violin full time in a symphony. As the years went on, I began to see that Lao Tzu’s principles of regeneration taught by the Lamas of Tai Chi Gung for the past 3000 years were like a handbook for the human body. The exercises were simple. I felt great afterwards. I saw immediate results. I knew very early that I had found the real deal.  Not only rare, but truly powerful.
